Coffee tradition
We have been in the coffee trade and roasting business since 1761. Using a drum roaster, we gently roast our premium blends at around 200 degrees Celsius for between 16 and 20 minutes in a process we have developed over centuries. Next, we let the roasted coffee sit in large silos for a day so it can develop its aroma. After that, it’s off to the filling line to be packaged for shipment to our customers.
